Your Business Runs Differently. Your Systems Should Too.

Off-the-shelf SaaS tools are built for the average business. Your operation isn't average. We create systems around the specific way your team works, from how your warehouse picks orders to how your tradies write quotes in the field. No per-seat licensing. No forcing your process into someone else's template. You own the code.

From Four Tools And A Whiteboard To One Platform

An Auckland trades company spent eight months trying to make ServiceM8 work. Here's what happened.

Quoting a job meant opening four different tools. Nobody knew which jobs were profitable until the accountant ran the numbers two months later. The office manager had become a full-time workaround maintainer, keeping spreadsheets in sync, chasing field staff for time logs, retyping completed jobs into Xero.

We spent a week watching how the team actually worked. Not what the manager said the process was, but what happened on the ground. The field guys quoted differently from how the office expected. Jobs changed scope halfway through. Invoicing happened weeks late because the data was all over the place.

That's what custom means. Not a template with your logo on it. A system shaped around your actual process, with your terminology, your workflow, your business logic.

What We Set Up

  • Quotes create jobs automatically
  • Field staff log time and materials from their phones
  • Completed jobs generate Xero invoices with correct GST
  • Owner sees job profitability on his phone in real time
  • The whiteboard is still in the office. Nobody uses it.

Types Of Systems We Create

Trades & Services

Job & Project Platforms

Quoting, scheduling, field tracking, time and materials logging, and invoicing, all connected. Built for trades, services, and construction companies that have outgrown Jobber or ServiceM8.

Client-Facing

Customer Portals

Give your clients a login where they can track orders, approve documents, view invoices, and communicate with your team. Cuts down on email back-and-forth and "just checking in" phone calls.

Retail & Wholesale

Inventory & Warehouse Systems

Stock management that syncs with your sales channels and accounting. Barcode scanning, pick lists, reorder alerts, and multi-location tracking. Built for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheet inventory.

Operations

Internal Operations Tools

That critical spreadsheet everyone relies on but nobody trusts, replaced with a proper system with validation, permissions, audit trails, and integrations.

>_ How We Work

The Technical Side

You don't need to care about what's under the hood. But if you do, here's what we use and why.

We create web-based systems, not native iOS or Android apps. A single codebase that runs on phones, tablets, and desktops through the browser. Your field team pulls up the same system on their phone that your office uses on a desktop. No app store approvals, no separate codebases to maintain, and updates roll out instantly to everyone.

Every platform connects to what you already use. That means Xero or MYOB for accounting, Shopify if you sell online, your CRM for customer data. When a job completes in your platform, the invoice appears in Xero automatically. When a customer places an order on Shopify, your warehouse system knows about it immediately.

You get the full source code. It's hosted on your infrastructure or ours, your choice. No per-seat licensing, no monthly fees beyond hosting. If you decide to take it to another developer in two years, you can. Most clients stay because it's easier to work with the team that set it up, but you're never locked in.

01

Working Prototype In 2 Weeks

You see something real before you've spent much. We set up the core workflow first so you can test it with your team and give us feedback while we configure the rest.

02

Weekly Demos

Every week we show you what's ready. You test it, your team tests it, and we adjust. No big reveal at the end where you discover it's not what you wanted.

03

Launch In 6-12 Weeks

Full system, tested by your team, with training and documentation. We stick around after launch to fix anything that comes up once real users are in the system.

>_ FAQ

Common Questions

How much does a custom platform cost?

Every project is different, so we quote individually after understanding your requirements. We give you a fixed price upfront with no hourly billing and no surprises. If an off-the-shelf SaaS tool solves your problem, we'll tell you that too.

Why not just use ServiceM8, Jobber, or Monday.com?

Sometimes you should. If the tool covers 90% of what you need, use it. But if you've spent months adding workarounds, if per-seat pricing is scaling against you, or if the tool forces a workflow that doesn't match how your team actually operates, that's when custom makes sense.

Do we own the code?

Yes. Full source code, full ownership. No licensing fees, no lock-in. You can take it to another developer if you want to. Most clients stay because it's easier to keep working with the team that set it up.

What if we need changes after launch?

That's expected. Once real users are in the system, you'll discover things that need tweaking. We offer support plans for ongoing changes, or you can bring us back for specific updates. The code is well-documented so changes are straightforward.

Tired of Working Around Your Tools?

Tell us what's not working. We'll tell you whether a custom system is the right fix or whether an existing tool would do the job.
