See Your Whole Business
On One Screen
Your data lives in Xero, in Shopify, in the warehouse system, in the CRM. Getting it all into one place right now means exporting CSVs and building spreadsheets that are out of date by the time they're finished. We create dashboards that pull it together live. Always current, always accurate, no manual imports.

- Reorder alerts when stock hits threshold
Production & Quality
- Output vs. daily and weekly targets
- Reject rates and waste by line
- Raw material stock with forecasting
- Compliance record completion rates
- Equipment downtime tracking
Jobs & Profitability
- Job profitability (revenue vs. cost)
- Quote-to-job conversion rate
- Revenue per team member
- Outstanding invoices and debtor days
- Job schedule and capacity

Different Views for Different People
The owner doesn't need to see every pick list. The warehouse doesn't need cash flow.
The Big Picture
Revenue, margin, cash flow, year-on-year comparisons, and the 3-4 numbers that tell you whether the business is healthy. Accessible from your phone.
Operations
Production targets, stock levels, order pipeline, staffing allocation, and bottleneck indicators. What needs attention today.
Daily Tasks
What needs to ship today, what's coming in, stock discrepancies, task completion. No clutter, just what's relevant to the job at hand.

Why Our Dashboards Stay Accurate (And Power BI Ones Don't)
The typical Power BI experience: someone builds a report, connects it to a data source, and it works perfectly for about a month. Then Xero changes an API field. Or someone adds a new product category that doesn't map to the existing chart. Or the connection token expires and nobody notices. The dashboard slowly becomes wrong until people stop trusting it altogether.
Our dashboards connect to your systems through their official APIs and stay connected. When Xero pushes a webhook saying an invoice was paid, the dashboard updates within seconds. We don't do nightly data dumps or CSV imports. The data is always live.
Connection monitoring. If an API connection drops or a data source stops responding, we get an alert before you notice anything. Most issues get resolved automatically through retry logic. If something needs human attention, we handle it as part of our support plans.
Data validation. Dashboards are only useful if the numbers are right. We configure validation checks that catch common problems: duplicate transactions, missing data, values that fall outside expected ranges. If your stock count suddenly shows negative numbers, the dashboard flags it instead of silently displaying bad data.
Threshold alerts. You set the numbers that matter. Stock below 50 units, margin below 20%, debtor days above 45, production output below target. When a threshold gets crossed, the dashboard sends a notification via email or Slack. You find out about problems when they start, not when they've already cost you money.

Common Questions
How much does a custom dashboard cost?
It depends on how many data sources you need to connect and how complex the views and alerting requirements are. Every project gets a fixed quote after scoping so you know exactly what it costs before we start.
Why not just use Power BI?
If you have a data analyst who can build and maintain reports, Power BI can work well. But most NZ businesses don't have that person. Our dashboards connect live via API with no manual imports, no maintenance from your end, and they're designed for business owners rather than analysts.
What systems can you pull data from?
Anything with an API: Xero, MYOB, Shopify, Cin7, Dear, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and custom databases. We've also pulled from systems without APIs. If the data exists somewhere, we can get it on your screen.
Can I access the dashboard on my phone?
Yes. Every dashboard we create is responsive and works on phones and tablets. Most business owners tell us they check their dashboard on their phone more than on their laptop.
