We come from quality assurance in New Zealand food manufacturing. We saw first-hand how paper-based Food Control Plans slowed everything down: missed checks, messy records, and stressful verification visits.
So we built a custom digital FCP system for that operation, designed around Food Act 2014 requirements from the start. It worked. Verifiers were happy, staff stopped missing checks, and compliance records were always audit-ready.
That's when we realised most food businesses face the exact same problems but can't afford a custom build. So we took everything we'd learned from managing real compliance and turned it into Verify.
