The Story
Why This App Exists
The founder of AXELLARIS works as a QC manager at a poultry processing plant in Auckland. Every day, the same problems: paper records going missing, audit panic when verifiers showed up, staff struggling with clipboards in cold stores where pens barely work.
Paper-based compliance was failing. Not because people didn't care, but because the system made it too easy to miss things. One lost binder, one illegible signature, one forgotten temperature log, and suddenly you're explaining gaps to an MPI auditor.
So we built a compliance app for our own plant. Not as a product. As a solution to a real problem. Over 1,000 compliance records later, it works. Verifiers are happy. Staff actually use it. Records are always complete.
Now we're making it available for other manufacturers and processors who face the same problems we did.
